WM Leroy Buard
Worshipful Master Leroy Buard, Sheba #17, has been selected as a delegate at the Oxford Round table at the University of Oxford in England where he will participate in a forum for the discussion of matters that enrich human experience and enhance the human condition, such as economics, ethics, morals, law, medicine and the liberal arts and sciences. His specific presentation will be on forensics Science Technology Adoption and Associated Ethical Implications. He is scheduled to travel in March 2010 to England.
